If you are pre-ordering multiple books at once OR purchasing pre-order and in-stock items but want them to ship as they release or become available, add this to your cart.
How does this work?
Remember, shipping for one shiplment is auto generated in your cart. The additional fee is to cover extra shipments. So you would add this fee for every extra shipment you want.
- Pre-Ordering 2 books add this ONCE
- Pre-Ordering 3 books add this TWICE
- Pre-ordering 1 book and the rest is in-stock items add this ONCE
DICLAIMER: If you do not add this additional fee and your order contains a pre-order the entire order will ship when the last book in your order releases.
Do I have to add this for every book i’m pre-ordering?
Not necessarily, it really depends on how you want them to ship.
If you are pre-ordering multiple books that release on the same day, these will be bundled automatically and ship together. You would only need to add the additional fee once.
Can I bundle shipments if the books don’t release on the same day?
Absolutely. Simply add this fee for the amount of shipments you want and let us know in your order notes how you want the titles bundled.
How does free shipping factor in?
The free shipping calculation does not take the additional shipping fee into account.
So if you have 4 pre-orders that release on 4 different days totalling $90 and add 2 additional shipping fees to get the order over $100, the cart would not grant you free shipping because shipping fees do not qualify towards the $100 minimum.
However, if the pre-ordered items exceed the $100 minimum, the first shippment will be free.
If your order has both pre-orders and in-stock items and you reach the $100 minimum, the free shipping would be applied to the in-stock items, not the pre-orders.
