Return Policy

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. Please note you will need to provide your own passage via Dragon post. Unless of course a pixie decided to switch one of your items for one you did not request. 

Please reach out with a carrier pigeon (contact form) through the portal . Please note you must make contact within 10 days of the Dragon post leaving your loot and provide an offering, such as your first born (proof of purchase and order #), and your true name (name and email). 

  • No,  you cannot return loot because you read it and didn't like it. That's what a library is for. 
  • Refunds will be initiated only after your Delivery Dragon has delivered the loot back to the Coven. Upon which, inspection and warding will be conducted. 

Shipping Policy

All loot (bookmail) is pakaged by the Coven within 1-3 business days of recieving your order. Excluding ritual days (holidays). 

All orders including a Pre-Order will ship when the Pre-Ordered book releases. To avoid this, please place orders for in-stock Items separate.

  • When your loot is given to the Dragons, you will recieve a message containing confirmation and your Dragon's unique tracking code.
  • At this time the Dragons cannot deliver loot outside of the U.S

Disclaimer: The Coven is not responsible for any property damage that occurs upon the Dragon's leaving your loot. Dragons do what they want. The last person to tell them otherwise was never seen again. 

In the event that a pixie decided to play a trick on you and switch one of the items you requested, please reach out via carrier pigeon through the portal. The Coven wants to ensure that all Bookish Ghoul's are happy with their loot.
